“ This was my first time ordering DoubleDave’s. My daughter’s school was having a fundraiser and 20% of our order went to them so I thought I would try it out. I ordered two pizzas and a salad online for delivery and the food arrived pretty fast, however, only the pizza arrived. Honestly, I didn’t feel like calling the restaurant to complain that we didn’t get our small salad so we just ate the pizza and said all well. Then I got a text that our salad would be arriving asap and not even 5 min later the delivery driver was at our door apologizing. Now we order food for delivery at least twice a week from various restaurants and we understand things get forgotten, but NEVER have I had a delivery driver actually return to the store to get the item and bring it to us after it was forgotten ESPECIALLY without me even complaining about it. This act alone will bring us back to DoubleDaves in the future because customer service is key. But also the food was spectacular! ”
